Fun Time with Bubbles

On Saturday, we a bubble machine and the kids love it. I was really tired of blowing bubbles for them everyday and this is like the best thing ever. Yesterday, they played for over an hour with those bubbles and were running around and laughing, so cute!

 Genne loves to play with Alex's Ipod so now poor Alex doesn't really get to play with it anymore because sassy bossy baby girl always takes it away from him.

Our sweet little guy who said "hello" on the phone yesterday( for the first time) while talking to grandma Michelle :) He is having a great time in school and is learning a lot also. . . I am so glad, he gets to go to school, being really good for him and his learning progress.

Got To Love Them :)

Alex has this thing where he goes into Genne's crib after bed time. It is kind of cute because he usually takes his pillow and blanket with him, except sometime, I can hear Genne screaming "NO" for who knows why. I love it that they love each other so much and play so well together :)

A Nice Walk to the Temple

On Thursday, we went for a walk to the Temple since the weather was so nice. The kids had a great time there, they enjoyed the water fountain in front of the Temple and was running around and laughing. . .It was so cute :)

Is He About to Talk or Just My Imagination.

I am not sure Alex understand anything he says but sometimes he will say stuff at the right time. Here are a few of the thing he will say:

• I love you too ( to Matt, after he told him " I love you "
• I am so happy ( while we were playing together)
• Alex, you ok ( whenever he falls down or hurt himself)
• Alex, where are you ( just randomly)
• Surprise ( randomly)
• Goodnight, mama ( last night after I told him "goodnight" 
• Thanks mama ( usually after I give him his Ipod, other than that I have to tell him to say it)
• It's ok, mama ( we were in the store and I hit the cart on a shell while he was in there, so I told him sorry and it say " it's ok, mama" ) 
• Ipod, mama ( he sure knows what he is asking for)

Those are some that I can remember.

Ps. Today in school, his speech therapist got him to pick up his backpack on the floor. . .I know it seem like nothing but for Alex it is something because he does not know how to follow instruction.

Alex's First Day of School

Alex had his first day of school today and he did great. He was really happy when we got to his class, without a second thought, dropped his backpack and jacket in the front door and run in with a whole lot of excitement. His teacher said that he was really good, played with play-doo which he called "snow ball". He did cry or get mad the whole time, they just had a hard time getting him to sit still but that I knew it. I think he really like it there and hopefully, he will be talking soon!

Happy St Patrick Everyone!

We did not really do much on St Patrick. We meet with Alex's teacher and she is really . . . Alex start on Monday. . . I am way excited for him to learn lot of new stuff. Hopefully, he will be talking in no time.

Happening at the Vintons

We have been up to no good for some time now. We have been sick and tired of the cold and in need of some sunshine and warm weather. We just been eating, sleeping and trying to be as nice as possible to each other. I love being a stay-at home mom, it has brought me great pressure and I get to hang out with the most awesome kids and make the cutest things ( HERE) for baby girl, now I just need to find some boy crafts  for Alex. On a happy note, we have an appointment with Alex's teacher on Thursday, which mean he probably will start school next week. . . This is super excited and a bit nervous at the same time. . . I hope he will love his teacher and BE HAPPY IN SCHOOL.  I am really going to miss him a ton but I will have a whole three hours of quality time with baby girl. She turned 18 months and I got to take her pictures while we had a bit of warm weather, click HERE to check it out.

 Yesterday, baby girl had her first whole apple and she actually eat most of it. . . Wish Alex will eat like her. . . He only eat chicken fried ( a specific brand), pizza, tortilla ( with nothing on it) and hot dog ( a specific brand), I don't know what to do to help him other kind of food. I know that he will like other food, if he will just try them. If anyone has any advise on how to get him to eat more variety of food, please feel free to let me know, will really appreciated.

A Corn in a Cob + A baby Genne = Just plain Cute

I am surprise that she can eat this with just 5 front teeth, and again one only use front teeth to eat corn, I guess. I love watching her eat, it is fascinating :)

She did a pretty good job with the corn.
