Learning New Things.

Well, I have been learning some really cool stuff lately. Thanks to Matt for letting me bake him a cake, Sheri and Shannon for helping me make a wonderful quilt. It is so cool to learn new thing!!! See the result and you know you made it, is a great feeling.

One day, he will figure it out, but until then....It is a good way to entertain him when he gets bored . He could spend hours, trying to put it in his mouth and be able to hold it for a while. However, some days he will get mad and I have to hold it for him.

On Saturday, we had a Wymount social where they had games and fun stuff. We had a great time and even got Alex a litlle cougar paw on his face.So, he was our litlle super Cougar.

Isn't he look precious. He even had a bollon sword, so maybe for halloween he could be a super hero or something. So let me know if you have any ideas.

Standing up all by Himself!!!!

Three weeks ago, Alex learned to stand on his own for more than just a few seconds. Now, he does it all the time and even took a few steps once in a while, (I will take a video soon, Roselaure). So, nothing really new is happening, except that Matt started school again... We get to see him one hour everyday between school and work and the weekend. We always look forward to those time we get to spend with Daddy. We recently, went to the doctor with Alex and he is 19.09 lb and 29 in long and corently 10 months old. The receptionist kept on calling him her and when I finally told her that he was a boy, she said that he was too pretty for a boy. He is a smart and interesting litlle boy and I am glad I get to see him learn new things everyday. He loves going under the table and the couch and his high chair... no matter how often he gets stuck, so he will be pretty good at boot camp stuff.

Alex and Spaghetti !!!!!

After a long day of taking the books off the shelf and anything else he could put herself into.
Pretty relaxing... huh!!! Actually, first he puts himself to sleep on the floor. I was on the couch watching the olympic and there he came plucking himself on the floor... Two minutes later, he was out.

We started giving him real food and there is the results... Not too happy about. He even smile for Daddy.

We took a walk to Temple. It was very nice and later we went to dinner with Mom , Dad, Erin and Dan. We had a great time and it was very nice of them to drive all the way to see us.

I got a Wii which is so much fun. You rock, Matt!!!

Even Alex got a new chair which he loves very much because now, he gets to see Daddy drive.

I had such a wonderful birthday and thanks to everyone who had made it possible.

A Trip To The Playground....

On Wednesday, Matt was off and we dicided to take Alex to the playground. he had a good time and even went on the slade with the help of Daddy. After a while, he figured going up the slade is much better.
Then, he went up the turnal and had a good time try, until Daddy dicided to help him a little.
We were trying take a picture of him and Daddy together, but he was too busy staring at the little girls plays on the grass.

On the grass, not so much !!! He refused to touch it and kept his hands up almost the whole time. He even, tried taking his legs up, and whenever he did he will lose his balance....he put his hand on the grass just to hold still, and took it off as soon as he was stable.

He is such a trouble maker now, we try to bloke his way with his pack and play, so he doen't get to our book self which is not working so well. He found his way under the couch, and crawl out until he gets through the other side. He is a pretty smart kid who does not give up until he find a way out. In a way, that really good for him, but I am afraid he may get himself in a lot of trouble sometimes. I am pretty sure he gets that from Matt.

Look at him crying after hurting himself under the couch, you think he'll learn a lesson...Nope he still goes there. So now we don't even bother bloking his way so he could stop hurting himself. Well, i Think that pretty much what Alex been up to.
