SANTA CAME...

Santa was here and left some pretty awesome things and he was so happy that we left "magic" food his tired reindeer...We got up at 6 because we needed enough time to open presents, eat breakfast and get ready for church all before 10.

Soo...Here are ALL(most of) the  pics for that morning before church.

 6:00 AM is not a good time for Alex...Poor little guy is SO NOT a morning persone like his mama.

 Genne in the other hand was wide awake as soon as she saw her kitchen and completely forgot about all the presents under the tree and BREAKFAST ( so unlike her, she always get her cup of juice first thing in the morning)

Again Alex was a little upset that I took the pillow of his face and was about to run back to his room...Silly kid!

 Then we gave him a present to open and had a cute smile in his face.

 Matt opening his present from Santa...Santa thought that he needed something awesome for Christmas for all the hard work he is doing to make his family happy!

 Genne got some more dolls and Alex a super cool "Leap Frog: Help Me Read" that he loves so much that he refuses to share with Genne even when he is not playing with it. The bad news is Genne also likes it and want to play with it...So now, it is in our room until I decided how to handle the situation.

 Really love the block that aunt Lisa and uncle Jim gave them and walked around the house with "nick Jr" all day.

 Genne also got a cool black doll with curly ....It is funny, because they both have the same crazy curly hair.

Ornaments from Grandpa and grandma Vinton...As soon as Genne opened hers, she screamed "socks". She has a thing for socks and always feel the needs to take them off your feet if you are wearing them without shoes. You can either have shoes on or be barefoot, NO SOCKS!

I got Matt some BYU ornaments for our last year here ( hopefully, ha ha ha)

We had pie for breakfast as a Vinton tradition and add some Suze touch to it and had bacon and eggs make by daddy.

Hope you guys had a great Christmas morning and spend some much needed family time because we sure did!!!

Reindeer's food

Last night before we put the kids to bed, we made reindeer food with them. It is really easy to make and all you need is: oatmeal, sprinkles and glitters( we did not use glitters because of a certain little girl who eat everything). They thought it was really cool and Genne did try to eat some( good thing I only use sprinkles)

 Them we pour it unto a little plastic bag...Then they were all ready to put next to Santa's cookies for the oh-so-tired reindeer

 After all, we took a much needed cookie break !
