All About Alex

Our little guy is making great progress. He is talking more and repeating a lot of the words we are staying. He had a really hard time the first two days after we moved to our new house but now, he is back to his super happy self. He is spelling out more words and we are working on reading. Hoping he will do well in school this year. Frankly, I am a bit nervous sending him to school but I have to so I will suck it up and do it.

I am so very grateful to have this kiddo as my son. I have learned so much from him and I know that he come to be in our family because we needed him. Every time, I wished he will talk I just remind myself that he is Alex and that is good enough for me and if he decides to never talk like everybody else, I will be ok and he will be ok. I know that he will find happiness in life no matter what!

I am just happy he is progressing little by little. He is learning a whole lot and is better now then a year ago. He is sweet, patient and overall wonderful and wouldn't trade him for any "normal" kid.

 I love you buddy and thank you for all the happy time.

A Great Birthday!!!

I had the most awesome birthday ever. In the morning we headed to Boulder and have lunch with Brian, Brittany and baby Peyton... I had a blast and I sure miss living with those guys. Peyt and Genne were so happy to see each other ( those are great together). After that we went to the Temple and Deseret Book. It was really nice spending my birthday with my little family and we had the most awesome bun cake ( which I thought Matt said Butt Cake on the phone, HAHAHAHA). To sum it all, it was a great day very well spent and felt ALL the love possible for this girl.

Lunch with Brian and Brit, we got some yummy Thai food.

 W got the kiddos CTR ring and Alex is still wearing it, Genne's is lost somewhere in the house, HAHAHAHA.

Yet... I am getting OLD!!!!

Family Prayer

Today for our family prayers, Genne said the sweetest little prayer ever. I asked her if she wanted to say the prayer and she said yes, so I proceeded to help her and she put her hand in my mouth. All I was able to understand were: " mama, brother, daddy, baby Peyton, Heavenly Father and Amen"... She is growing up so fast and turning unto quiet the little talker.

I Guess Now We are Officially Grown Ups...

I can't believe we actually OWN a house with a backyard and all. I am so excited to move in a and make it our own... Although, I am mostly excited for bed time again, no more staying up until wee in the morning waiting for hooligans to go to sleep instead I can be making something until wee in the morning.

I was trying on my tripod today and Genne decided she wanted to take pictures of mama too. She is a great job and got some good ones.

3 Years old photo shoot

 Look who is turning three alone with her sassy and bossy attitude. She have been such a challenging sweetheart to have around, we have our awesome days and hard days( yesterday was one of them) but we still loving each and happy to be around each other, so I think we are doing something good, hahaha!
She was not in the mood for pictures and did everything she could including screaming, yelling, crying, refusing to walk and wear any accessories, so I only manage to get a few good one. The one that we went out did not happen, so it is on maybe we will try again some other time. I even tried bribing her with ice and that totally fail... Wish she would fell for bribing but nope , not that girl!

4th of July -Part I

We had the most awesome 4th of July ever and as always way too many pictures so I had to do some than one post... So, here what we did in the morning ( or at lunch, my little family did not wake up until 11ish, hahaha) The kids minus Alex had a great time running in the water  and having the most awesome time ever. I love it when All THE COUSINS  gets together, remind me of my childhood growing up with all those cousins( we were like sisters)

 So, this little thing can turn and turn and I completely forgot it was going to get dizzy, so I turned and turned him and as soon as he got down, poor kiddo could not stand up on his own... It was so funny, he kept feeling off every time, I will let him stand on his own, hahaha!
